Legal
Terms of Service
(also called the End User License Agreement)
Effective date: October 6, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (individually, or on behalf of the agency or business you represent, "you" or "User") and Moli Mgmt, a sole proprietorship and the operator of Moli ("Moli," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using molimgmt.com or the Moli application (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Moli grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes — namely, managing creator relationships, brand deals, talent-manager commissions, and related agency operations. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Service or its underlying software.
3. Accounts and Roles
The Service supports multiple roles (creator, agency, talent manager, and admin), each with different permissions and visibility into data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3a. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to this Agreement.
3b. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly, as shown when you subscribe) until you cancel. Free trials convert to the paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel first; the price after the trial is shown before you start it. You can cancel any time from Settings (Manage or Cancel Subscription). Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails we may pause paid features until it goes through. We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
4. Financial and Commission Data
The Service calculates and displays deal amounts, commissions, and payouts based on data entered by you and your agency, and, where connected, data synced from third-party payment and accounting providers (such as Stripe, QuickBooks Online, and Intuit Payments). Invoices issued through QuickBooks Online may be paid by brands using Intuit Payments (QuickBooks Payments), Intuit's own payment processing service — Moli does not process or hold these payments itself. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of amounts entered into the Service and for confirming payout figures before relying on them for actual payment. Moli is a tool to help track and calculate this information — it does not itself constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own financial and tax obligations.
5. Third-Party Integrations
If you choose to connect third-party services (such as QuickBooks Online, Intuit Payments, Stripe, or Plaid) to the Service, you authorize Moli to access and exchange data with those services as necessary to provide the integration (for example, creating invoices, processing invoice payments through Intuit Payments, and syncing payment status). Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies, and Moli is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
6. Connecting a Bank Account
On plans that include the bank feed, you may connect a business bank account through Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"). By connecting an account you confirm that you are authorized to access it and that you consent to Moli importing its transaction history on your behalf. Your bank login credentials are entered into Plaid's own interface and are never seen or stored by Moli; your use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid's end user privacy policy and terms. Moli imports transaction data only — it does not initiate payments, transfers, or any other movement of money, and it cannot act on your bank account. Imported transactions are a starting point for your bookkeeping, not a substitute for it: you remain responsible for reviewing them for accuracy and completeness before relying on them, including for tax purposes. You may disconnect a bank at any time from within the Service, which stops all further importing; transactions already imported remain on your books unless you delete them.
6a. Selling on Moli (Stores, Courses, Communities and Bookings)
When you sell through the Service, you are the seller and the merchant for your buyers. Payments are processed by Stripe through your own connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Moli keeps a platform fee from each paid sale, a percentage set by your plan and shown in your account before you publish; Stripe's own processing fees also apply. You are responsible for your products and their descriptions, delivering what you sell, customer support, taxes on your sales, and your refund policy. Unless you state a different policy on your product, digital products sold through Moli are non-refundable. Refunds you choose to give and chargebacks are yours to handle, and any resulting Stripe fees or reversed amounts come from your account. Booking deposits follow the terms you set on your booking page.
6b. Buying From a Creator
If you buy from a creator, coach or business on Moli, your purchase is from that seller, not from Moli. Digital products are non-refundable unless the seller's product page says otherwise; contact the seller with questions about your order. You don't need a Moli account to buy, though some products are delivered inside a Moli account.
6c. Your Content
You keep ownership of what you upload or create in the Service (media kits, portfolios, store pages, courses, posts, messages and files). You give Moli a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and transmit that content only as needed to run the Service, including showing the pages you publish to the public. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others already received from you (such as a buyer's purchase) and routine backups.
6d. Email, Pitching and Outreach
When you send pitches, follow-ups, broadcasts or automations through the Service (including from your own Gmail), you are the sender and are responsible for following email and privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDPR, including honoring unsubscribe requests and including a valid postal address in marketing email. We may limit or suspend sending that generates spam complaints or bounces.
6e. AI Features
Some features use artificial intelligence to draft or summarize content. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; review it before you send or rely on it. Don't submit information you aren't allowed to share.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's data; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
8. Contact Data
From time to time, Moli may provide you with business contact information ("Contact Data"), including company names, professional email addresses, job titles, and related professional details, sourced from third-party data providers. By accessing or receiving any Contact Data, you agree that:
- Permitted purpose. You will use the Contact Data solely for your own legitimate business-to-business outreach and will not use it for any unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purpose.
- Legal compliance. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing electronic communications and personal data, including (as applicable) the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act/California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including maintaining a lawful basis for processing and honoring opt-out and deletion requests promptly.
- No resale or redistribution. You will not sell, license, publish, post publicly, or otherwise redistribute the Contact Data, in whole or in part, or use it to build or enrich any contact database, list product, or competing service.
- No public posting of individuals. You will not publish or display the names, email addresses, or other personal details of individual contacts on any public-facing channel, including social media.
- Independent responsibility. As between you and Moli, you act as an independent party responsible for determining the purpose and means of your use of the Contact Data and for your own compliance obligations under applicable data-protection law.
- Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moli Mgmt and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Contact Data or your breach of this section.
- Termination of access. Moli may suspend or terminate your access to Contact Data at any time, and you will delete Contact Data upon request or upon termination of your relationship with Moli.
8a. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on Moli infringes your copyright, email bridget@molimgmt.com with: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; the URL of the content; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them, with your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing content and may close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice.
9. Ownership
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you input), is owned by Moli Mgmt and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Service to you. You retain ownership of the business data you input into the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate this Agreement or if we discontinue the Service, or if a paid account stays unpaid. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can request account deletion from Settings → Delete my account or by contacting us. Certain financial and commission records may be retained after termination as described in our Privacy Policy, for accounting and recordkeeping purposes.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all calculations will be free of error; you should independently verify financial figures before relying on them.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moli Mgmt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
12a. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moli Mgmt from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your sales, your outreach, or your breach of this Agreement or the law.
12b. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim that isn't resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
