Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 9, 2026
1. Overview
Moli ("Moli," "we," "us," or "our") is a creator and talent management platform operated by Molitor Marketing. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through molimgmt.com and the Moli application (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), role (creator, agency, talent manager, or admin), and profile details you provide.
Business and deal information: brand deal terms, deal amounts, payment status, commission and payout records, sourcing/manager assignments, and related notes entered into the platform by you or your agency.
Payment and accounting data: when you connect a payment processor (such as Stripe) or an accounting integration (such as QuickBooks Online), we receive and store the minimum information needed to create invoices, reconcile payments, and sync payment status — for example invoice IDs, payment status, and connected-account identifiers. We do not store your full QuickBooks or Stripe login credentials; connections use OAuth tokens issued by those providers, which are encrypted at rest. Invoices created in QuickBooks Online through the Service may be paid by brands using Intuit Payments (also known as QuickBooks Payments), Intuit's own payment processing service. When a brand pays an invoice through Intuit Payments, Intuit processes that payment directly and shares payment status with us via QuickBooks Online — we do not receive or store the brand's card or bank account details.
Communications data: messages, pitch templates, and outreach content you create or send through the Service.
Usage data: log data, device/browser information, and general usage analytics that help us maintain and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information above to: operate and provide the Service; calculate commissions, invoices, and payouts accurately; sync payment and invoice status with connected accounting/payment providers; communicate with you about your account; maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse; and improve and develop the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers to deliver core functionality, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), QuickBooks Online (accounting/invoicing), and Intuit Payments (payment processing for invoices issued through QuickBooks Online). When you choose to connect one of these services, information is shared with that provider as necessary to perform the integration, subject to that provider's own privacy policy and terms.
5. Data Sharing Within an Agency
Moli is used by agencies, talent managers, and the creators they represent. Depending on your role and permission level, other members of your agency (for example, an agency owner or admin) may be able to view deal, commission, and account information associated with your agency. Talent managers can generally see only their own commission and deal data; agency owners/admins can see agency-wide data.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and deal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to maintain accurate financial and commission records, including historical records required for accounting integrity (for example, records of commissions already paid are preserved even if underlying configuration later changes). We may retain certain information longer where required by law or legitimate business need, such as tax and accounting recordkeeping.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information in our care, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, role-based access controls, and database-level access policies that restrict who can view or modify records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices
You may access, update, or request deletion of your account information by contacting us at the email below. You may disconnect third-party integrations (such as QuickBooks) at any time from within the Service. Note that certain financial and commission records may be retained after account closure as described in Section 6.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
